THE GOAL

Atlanta Ventures’ goal for their email marketing was to increase open and click-through rates.

THE OUTCOME

Carver Creative optimized Atlanta Ventures' email marketing by implementing several targeted strategies. First, we conducted A/B testing on subject lines to identify the most engaging phrasing and style, then segmented the audience to ensure messaging was tailored to specific interests and behaviors. To reach inactive subscribers, we developed a re-engagement campaign, inviting them to reconnect. Additionally, we redesigned the newsletter templates, using data-driven research to ensure the new format resonated with the audience’s preferences. This included adjusting the frequency of communications from monthly to bi-monthly, aligning with feedback for a less frequent, higher-value email experience
